What you will do
Assisting passengers, aircraft and cargo
You will learn to look after and inform passengers and airport users, support cargo documentation, and assist the aircraft and its crew on arrival, turnaround and departure. All in English, to the required quality standards, assisting passengers with reduced mobility, applying current regulations and respecting operational safety and occupational and environmental risk prevention.
Hands-on training in real aviation facilities
